Refunds
You may qualify for a refund if:
- Purchased points were paid for but not added to your account
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake
- Fraudulent transactions and/or unauthorized use of a credit card
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Services that have been partially or fully completed
- A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Send an email to info@ryuustrike.com within 7 days from the date of your order
- Include your Order ID and a short explanation of the reason for your request
Processing Time
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method
