Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ryuustrike, we aim to deliver reliable and high-quality digital gaming services. However, refund requests will only be reviewed under the specific conditions outlined below.

Refunds

You may qualify for a refund if:

  • Purchased points were paid for but not added to your account
  • A duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • Fraudulent transactions and/or unauthorized use of a credit card

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Services that have been partially or fully completed
  • A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Send an email to info@ryuustrike.com within 7 days from the date of your order
  • Include your Order ID and a short explanation of the reason for your request

Processing Time

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method
