Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may be granted if the service has not commenced.
- Once the service has started, refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
- Coaching sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellations made before service commencement may qualify for a full or partial refund, less any administrative fees.
Non-refundable circumstances include:
- Completed services.
- Failure to provide necessary account details.
- Violation of game publishers’ Terms of Service.
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via our website or email, including proof of purchase.
- Requests are reviewed within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
